Sharps has written an incredibly helpful book for those who are not in optimal health. Getting back to basics and remembering the way God meant for things to be; balance of fresh air, water, sunlight, exercise, rest …. Putting these basic concepts into practice is giving me back my life! Dr Sharps even includes evaluation tools and menu ideas to help me see where I am in terms of diet and lifestyle.
